Have you considered sharing your experience and expertise with the next generation of biopharmaceutical scientists? Through CASSS's collaboration with the Hopkins Biotech Network (HBN), industry professionals have an opportunity to support graduate students as they explore careers in biotechnology.
The Spring 2026 Mentor Program welcomed its largest cohort to date, connecting 75 graduate students with 48 mentors representing 38 companies. The program continues to expand beyond its Mid-Atlantic roots, with growing participation from West Coast institutions and internationally.
Mentors play an important role in helping students navigate career opportunities, understand industry expectations, and build professional connections. By sharing your experiences, you can help emerging scientists gain perspectives that extend beyond their academic studies.
