CASSS is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of what we do. As part of this commitment, we seek to call attention to global initiatives that advance the direction of dignity, respect, and the betterment of humanity. This year, we recognize National Mental Health Awareness month – established by Mental Health America (MHA) in 1949 - and its mission to spread the word about mental health and mental health conditions.

Back to Basics

In alignment with this year’s theme of “Back to Basics”, MHA is seeking to address the feelings of stress, isolation, and uncertainty that have taken a toll on our well-being throughout the past two years of pandemic living. MHA provides a series of educational resources including a toolkit for addressing mental health concerns.
