The CMC Strategy Forum Europe Post-Conference Short Course takes place on Friday, 26 June 2026, from 09:00-16:00 CET at the Diplomat Hotel Prague and is offered in-person only. The program opens with a regulatory overview, followed by case studies illustrating both early-stage and late-stage development challenges for ADCs and AOCs. The program concludes with a dedicated one-hour panel discussion to synthesize insights across scientific and regulatory perspectives.
The CMC Strategy Forum Europe takes place on 23-25 June 2026. You do not need to be registered for the Forum to participate in the Short Course. We highly encourage attendees to participate in both the Forum and Short Course to maximize their CMC learning experience.

This short course on conjugates, held in conjunction with the CASSS CMC Strategy Forum Europe in Prague, provides a comprehensive and cross functional exploration of current and emerging considerations in the development of conjugate modalities. Spanning scientific, technical, and regulatory dimensions, the program brings together expert speakers and incorporates structured discussion to facilitate deep engagement and knowledge exchange.
The course opens with a regulatory overview, followed by case studies illustrating both early stage and late stage development challenges for ADCs and AOCs. Sessions address core differentiators between conjugate classes, accelerated development scenarios, and opportunities arising from platform concepts and platform DMFs. Further topics include imaging applications with radioconjugates—highlighting region specific requirements such as those relevant to China—and forward looking approaches using modelling and AI for derisking toxicology, stability, and overall developability. The program concludes with a dedicated one hour panel discussion to synthesize insights across scientific and regulatory perspectives.
Designed to be accessible for newcomers while offering substantial depth for experienced practitioners, the course aims to equip participants with both foundational understanding and advanced, modality specific expertise in the rapidly evolving conjugates landscape.
