Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*

Join us for the Forum at the Vienna House by Wyndham Diplomat Prague in Prague, Czech Republic. Forum registration includes full access to all talks and panel discussions on 23-25 June 2026, lunch, coffee breaks, networking opportunities, and the Welcome Reception. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you also have access to the meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule, which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). Register by 9 June 2026. 

Registration will be available in March 2026.

*All registration fees are in US dollars. 21% VAT will be added at checkout. Local VAT must be charged in accordance with Czech law based on where the conference is taking place. Symposium participants may be able to reclaim VAT if they qualify. Additional information will be provided with your VAT invoice.

Attendance and Substitution Policy
CASSS reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute presenters, speakers, and other guests without notice. Entry into the conference is at the sole discretion of CASSS and CASSS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Tuesday, 9 June 2026, less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.

CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide. 

Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
