The Europe Forum will follow the established model of the CMC Forum series with focus on topics and regulatory updates relevant for Europe. The Forum strives to share information with the regulatory agencies to assist them in merging good scientific and regulatory practices.

In-Person Attendees

All presentations and workshops will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Brugge, Belgium. In-person Forum registration includes talks and panel discussions, networking lunches and breaks for three days, as well as a networking reception on Monday evening.  Also included is access to the digital schedule which features the final program, abstracts and presenters' slides (when available) In-person registration will close 30 September 2022.

Virtual Attendees

Watch live streaming presentations at the CMC Strategy Forum Europe 2022 from your home or office. Registration for Live Streaming includes a streaming only broadcast of sessions on 17-19 October 2022, including talks and panel discussions, as well as access to the digital schedule which features the final program, abstracts and presenters' slides (when available). Virtual registration will close 12 October 2022.

    COVID Protocols

    CASSS VACCINATION POLICY FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS

    In order to enable in-person events to take place with lower risk to participants, effective October 1, 2021, CASSS is requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for admittance to CASSS in-person meetings and events. All attendees must also comply with any state or local mask mandates in place for indoor events.

    Brugge is distinguished by its canals, cobbled streets and medieval buildings. The hotel is located in the historical heart of Brugge, facing the 14th century Stadhuis (City Hall) which has an ornate carved ceiling. Guests can enjoy the 13th century belfry with a 47-bell carillon and 83m tower with panoramic views. 

    Reservations

    A room block, which includes a full American breakfast buffet, WiFi Internet, VAT, service charge, use of swimming pool, sauna and fitness area is reserved for the Forum attendees at the special group rate of €155 per night for a single occupancy room and €183 per night for a double occupancy room. The rates are excluding €3.00 city tax, per person, per night. 

    The room reservation deadline is Friday, 9 September 2022. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis and at the best available rate. There will be a hotel link provided shortly for you to make room reservations directly with the hotel. The room block will most likely be filled BEFORE the deadline; we recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodations well BEFORE the 9 September 2022 deadline. Reservations made for the hotel need to be cancelled 48 hours before your arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will be charged at 100%. 

    Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
