Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*
Join us for the Symposium at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel in Rockville, MD, USA. Symposium registration includes all sessions on September 16-18, 2026, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, networking breaks, technical seminars, access to the Exhibit and Poster Hall, and the Exhibitor Reception. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you have access to the Symposium website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule, which features the final program, abstracts, and presenters' slides (when made available), and the Symposium livestream. Registration for the Short Course on September 15, 2026, is an additional cost not included in the Mass Spec Symposium registration fee. Registration for in-person attendance closes September 1, 2026. Registration will be available in June.
Virtual Registration Fees*
Join us virtually from anywhere in the world for the Mass Spec Symposium. Virtual registration includes a live-streaming broadcast of the Mass Spec Symposium on September 16-18, 2026, including talks, panel discussions, technical seminars, and the virtual Poster Hall. Along with all aspects of the live streaming broadcast, you also have access to the meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenters' slides (when available). Registration for virtual attendance closes September 10, 2026. Registration will be available in June.
Note: Virtual registration does not include access to the roundtable discussions, poster sessions, or the pre-conference short course. Roundtables, poster sessions, and the pre-conference short course are only available in-person.

Attendance and Substitution Policy
CASSS reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute presenters, speakers, and other guests without notice. Entry into the conference is at the sole discretion of CASSS and CASSS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Wednesday, September 1, 2026,
less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.
CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide.
Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
Hotel Accommodations
A room block is reserved for attendees at the special group rate of $229 USD for a single or double room (plus 11.37% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is August 24, 2026.
NOTE: By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
