Make Your Hotel Reservations

CMC Strategy Forum 2026 will meet at the Westin Ottawa Hotel l in Ottawa, Canada. The Westin Ottawa is located in the heart of Canada's capital, directly across from the Rideau Canal—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—with convenient access to the city's national attractions. The hotel offers sophisticated meeting spaces with state-of-the-art AV capabilities and refined accommodations with stunning views of the Ottawa cityscape.

Reservations
A room block is reserved for Forum delegates at the special group rate of $269 CAD for a *single or double room (plus 6% MAT and 13% HST). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is June 25, 2026. The hotel requires a credit card and first night deposit to guarantee your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the hotel requires 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

*Additional costs for triple and quad occupancy may apply. Guaranteed early check-in as early as 10:00 AM is available through the hotel for Traditional, Premium, or Deluxe Rooms for an early arrival. Early check-in before 4:00 pm depends on room readiness and is not guaranteed. Early departure fees apply if you check out before your reserved departure date. 

After June 25, 2026, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. We recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodations well before the deadline to secure this rate.

NOTE: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Parking and Transportation

For local attendees that will drive to the Symposium, 24-hour hotel guest parking is available in the Rideau Centre parking lot for $33 CAD per day.

Attendees traveling by plane can utilize Ottawa MacDonald-Carier International Airport - YOW (DCA, 15 km away).

By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.

Health and Safety

CASSS is committed to protecting its attendees, participants, and staff members to the highest degree possible when attending our conferences. To ensure we provide a safe environment, CASSS strongly encourages COVID-19 vaccinations, and all other routine vaccinations to protect you from infectious diseases, serious illness, and hospitalization. CASSS will follow guidances established by the facility hosting the conference and/or local and state health authorities in which the conference is located.

For the safety of all attendees, we expect everyone to take everyday preventive actions prior to, and during the conference, to stay safe and healthy. These actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • If you are sick, limit contact with others as much as possible to keep from infecting them.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
  • Wash your hands often.

Wearing a face mask throughout hotel common space and conference designated areas is recommended but not required.

If you tested positive for COVID-19, have been directly exposed to the virus, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, you should isolate and not attend the in-person conference. All in-person registrants have access to the virtual platform (if applicable) so you may participate in the conference in a virtual-only manner.

CASSS is committed to monitoring the local status for in-person conferences and will update our guidelines as necessary. Registrants will be informed about any changes through various communication channels, including email and website, as needed.
