New Drug Development for CGT: From Discovery to IND

This Short Course provides a comprehensive overview of cell and gene therapy product development from discovery through IND submission. The morning session will focus on the fundamentals of an Investigational New Drug (IND) application, including the types of preclinical and CMC data required to support a filing. The afternoon session will feature case studies, highlighting common challenges and practical strategies encountered during development and manufacturing. Participants will gain a strong foundation in regulatory expectations and practical solutions to advance CGT products in service to patients.
