The Cell and Gene Therapy Products Symposium: Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory Considerations enables the exchange of scientific ideas and dialogue with regulators that form the basis of evolving regulatory practices in the development of these diverse and innovative products. The CGTP 2022 Symposium will explore how to continue to adapt concepts applied to other biologics and how to establish novel approaches where they are needed. The Symposium will be offered in a hybrid format – attend live, in-person or watch the live stream from your home or office.

    All presentations and exhibitions will be held at the Westin Crystal City in Arlington, VA. Symposium registration includes all sessions and exhibit hall access on June 6-8, 2022, continental breakfast and networking breaks for three days, lunch for two days, the networking reception, and access to the CGTP Live Stream, as well as access to the digital schedule which features the final program, abstracts and presenters' slides (when available).

    COVID Protocols


    In order to enable in-person events to take place with lower risk to participants, effective October 1, 2021, CASSS is requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for admittance to CASSS in-person meetings and events. All attendees must also comply with any state and local mask mandates in place for indoor events.

Conveniently situated in Arlington, VA, the Westin Crystal City is adjacent to the Crystal City Metro Station and just minutes to Reagan National Airport and Washington D.C. Take a short walk to the Crystal City Shops and nearby restaurants. The hotel features a WestinWORKOUT fitness studio with Peloton machines, full service restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, business center and complimentary airport shuttle service to-and-from Reagan National Airport. 

    A room block is reserved for symposium delegates at the special group rate of $259 USD for a single or double room (plus 14.25% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is Thursday, May 19, 2022. The Westin Crystal City requires a deposit of one night's rate plus tax via credit card to guarantee your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the hotel requires 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

    After Thursday, May 19, 2022, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. We recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodations well before the deadline to secure this rate.
