WCBP 2027 will meet at the landmark hotel – The Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C. An icon in Washington D.C., for nearly a century, and centrally located in the heart of the city, the Mayflower Hotel brings together the prestige, splendor, and history that characterize our nation’s capital.

Reservations
A room block is reserved for Symposium delegates at the special group rate of $344 USD for a *standard room (plus 15.95% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is January 1, 2027. The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the hotel requires 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

After January 1, 2027, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. We recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodations well before the deadline to secure this rate.

NOTE: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

U.S. Federal Government Rates

A limited number of U.S. Government rate rooms are available. Please contact the Symposium Manager, Mikaela Sanford at msanford@casss.org.

Parking and Transportation

The Mayflower Hotel is centrally located in a prime downtown location, blocks from the White House and many of Washington D.C.’s most famous landmarks. The hotel is within easy reach of two metro stops - Farragut North and Farragut West. The Mayflower is 2.4 miles from Union Station, which services Amtrak trains, in addition to the Metrorail, and MARC & VRE commuter

For local attendees that will drive to the Symposium, parking is available on-site for an additional fee. Valet Parking Only: $73.00 overnight; or $42.00 daily. Parking is also available via several offsite and nearby garages, including 1710 L St. NW, 1615 L Street, and 1828 L Street NW.

Attendees traveling by plane can utilize Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA, 5.3 miles away), Dulles International Airport (IAD, 24.8 miles away), or Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI, 34.7 miles away).

By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
