Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*

Join us for the Symposium at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C., USA. Symposium registration includes all sessions January 28-30, 2025, breakfast, coffee breaks, technical seminars, access to the Exhibit Hall, and Networking Receptions. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you have access to the meeting mobile app and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available), and the Symposium livestream. Be sure to save your spot for in-person attendance. Registration for in-person attendance will close January 14, 2025.

NOTE: The registration fees listed and the registration form are for WCBP 2025 only. If you are interested in registering for the CMC Strategy Forum North America, taking place on January 27, 2025, there will be an option to add this program to your registration cart or you may register for the Forum separately. Separate registration fees apply for the Forum.

Virtual Registration Fees*

Join us virtually from anywhere in the world for the CMC Strategy Forum and WCBP Symposium. Virtual registration includes a live-streaming broadcast of both the Forum on January 27, 2025 and the WCBP Symposium on January 28-30, 2025, including talks, panel discussions, and select technical seminars. You also have access to the Symposium website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). Be sure to save your spot for virtual attendance from anywhere in the world. Virtual registration will close January 23, 2025.

First Time Company Discount
We are pleased to extend an exciting discount offer to first time organizations to attend the CMC Strategy Forum and/or WCBP Symposium 2024. If your company has never participated in the CMC Strategy Forum or WCBP Symposium, please contact the Symposium Manager, Mikaela Sanford at msanford@casss.org. A discount code will be provided to you so that you may register to attend as a first-time company at either or both meetings. This offer only applies to a maximum of two (2) employees from the same company at the same location and expires on January 14, 2025. This offer will not be available after this date.

Welcome Reception 
An off-site Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening is INCLUDED in the WCBP full-conference registration. The Reception is NOT included in the WCBP one-day registration price. Extra tickets for one-day attendees and guests are available for $125 US dollars each, and will be sold onsite.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Tuesday, January 14, 2025, less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.

CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide. 

Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.

Hotel Accommodations

A room block is reserved for attendees at the special group rate of $334 USD for a single or double room (plus 14.8% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is January 1, 2025.
