Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*
Join us for the Forum at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C., USA. Forum registration includes all talks and panel discussions on January 25, 2027, breakfast, coffee breaks, and the Networking Reception. Along with all aspects of the
in-person experience, you also have access to meeting mobile app, Forum livestream, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). Be sure to save your spot for in-person
attendance. Registration for in-person attendance closes January 12, 2027. Registration will be available in September.
NOTE: The registration fees listed and the registration form are for CMC Strategy Forum North America 2027 only. If you are interested in registering for the WCBP Symposium, taking place on January 26-28, 2027, there will be an option to add this program to your registration
cart or you may register for the Symposium separately. Separate registration fees apply for the Symposium.
Virtual Registration Fees*
Participate in CMC Strategy Forum North America and WCBP 2027 from your home or office.
Join us virtually from anywhere in the world for the CMC Strategy Forum and WCBP Symposium. Virtual registration includes a live-streaming broadcast of both the Forum on January 25, 2027, and the WCBP Symposium on January 26-28, 2027, including talks,
panel discussions, and select technical seminars. You also have access to the meeting mobile app and Oxford online schedule, which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). Be sure
to save your spot for virtual attendance from anywhere in the world. Registration for virtual attendance closes January 21, 2027. Registration will be available in September.
All Company Virtual Access Opportunity! Companies may purchase a virtual pass allowing all their employees to access the live meeting virtually. To order all company virtual access, please contact Kristin Blanchard (kblanchard@casss.org).
NOTE: The virtual registration fees listed below and the virtual registration form cover both the WCBP Symposium and the CMC North America Forum. Separate virtual registration for the Symposium is not required. Virtual registration does not include access to select WCBP roundtable discussions, mini-case sessions, or the Pre-Conference Short Course. Select WCBP roundtables, mini-case sessions, and the Pre-Conference Short Course are only available in person.

First Time Company Discount
We are pleased to extend an exciting discount offer to first time organizations to attend the CMC Strategy Forum and/or WCBP Symposium 2027. If your company has never participated in the CMC Strategy Forum or WCBP Symposium, please contact Mikaela Sanford at msanford@casss.org.
A discount code will be provided to you so that you may register to attend as a first-time company at either or both meetings. This offer only applies to a maximum of two (2) employees from the same company at the same location and expires on January 12, 2027.
This offer will not be available after this date.
Attendance and Substitution Policy
CASSS reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute presenters, speakers, and other guests without notice. Entry into the conference is at the sole discretion of CASSS and CASSS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by January 12, 2027, less an administrative
fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.
CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide.
Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
Hotel Accommodations
A room block is reserved for attendees at the special group rate of $344 USD for a standard room (plus 15.95% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is January 1, 2027.
NOTE: By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
