Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*

Join us for the Summit at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Rockville, MD, USA. Summit registration includes all sessions on June 8, 2026, continental breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, networking opportunities, mobile charging stations, and the Networking Reception. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you have access to the meeting mobile app, CGTP Summit Live Stream, and Oxford online schedule, which features the final program, abstracts, and presenters' slides (when available). Registration for in-person attendance will close May 26, 2026.

NOTE: The registration fees listed and the registration form are for the CGTP Summit 2026 only. If you are interested in registering for the Cell and Gene Therapy Products Symposium, taking place June 9–11, 2026, there will be an option to add this Symposium to your registration cart or you may register for the Symposium separately. Separate registration fees apply for the Symposium.

Virtual Registration Fees*

Join us virtually from anywhere in the world for the 2026 CGTP Summit and Symposium. Virtual registration includes a live streaming broadcast of both the CGTP Summit on June 8 and the CGTP Symposium on June 9-11, 2026, including all talks and panel discussions. Along with all aspects of the live streaming broadcast, you have access to the meeting mobile app and Oxford online schedule, which features the final program, abstracts, and presenters' slides (when available). Registration for virtual attendance will close June 4, 2026.

NOTE: Virtual registration fees listed and the virtual registration form cover both the CGTP Summit and CGTP Symposium. Separate virtual registration for the Symposium is not required. Virtual registration does not include access to the roundtable discussion sessions. Roundtables are only available in-person.

Attendance and Substitution Policy
CASSS reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute presenters, speakers, and other guests without notice. Entry into the conference is at the sole discretion of CASSS and CASSS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Tuesday, May 26, 2026, less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.

CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide.
