Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*
Join us for the Symposium at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa in Costa Mesa, CA, USA. Symposium registration includes all sessions and exhibit hall access on September 16-18, 2024, continental breakfast, lunch, and networking breaks on each of these days, and the Welcome Reception. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you have access to the Symposium website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenters' slides. Registration for the short course on Sunday, September 15, 2024 is an additional cost not included in the Symposium registration fee. In-person registration will close September 3, 2024.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Friday, September 3, 2024, less an administrative
fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.
CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide.
Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
Hotel Accommodations
A room block is reserved for attendees at the special group rate of $189 USD for a single or double room (plus 11.37% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations was August 24, 2024.
NOTE: By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
