Find us opposite Twinbrook Metro Station, which goes to the heart of Washington D.C. in 30 minutes. Our conference center boasts 35,000 sq. ft. of flexible space including 14 conference rooms and a ballroom. We also have a restaurant, bar, café, and fitness center.
Reservations
A room block is reserved for Symposium delegates at the special group rate of $229 USD for a *single or double room (plus 15% occupancy tax). The deadline to reserve your accommodations is August 24, 2026.
After August 24, 2026, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. We recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodations well before the deadline to secure this rate.
NOTE: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Parking and Transportation
Attendees traveling by plane can utilize Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA, 22 miles away), Dulles International Airport (IAD, 28 miles away), or Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI, 37 miles away).
By staying at the host hotel, you help CASSS meet its contractual obligations and keep future registration fees reasonable. Please take this into consideration when making your accommodation decisions.
