Short Course: Introduction to Bioassay Development

The Bioassays Pre-Conference Short Course takes place on Monday, April 27, 2026, from 09:00-17:00 EDT at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center and is offered in-person only. The morning session on "Introduction to Bioassay Development: CMC Strategy and Practical Application" provides practical knowledge on bioassay method development, with a particular emphasis on potency assays. The afternoon session on "Practical Applications for Method Design and Performance" allows participants to work collaboratively on case studies relevant to current challenges in bioassay development, deployment, and lifecycle. 

The Bioassays Symposium takes place on April 28-29, 2026. You do not need to be registered for the Symposium to participate in the Short Course. We highly encourage attendees to participate in both the Symposium and Short Course to maximize their bioassay learning experience.
