Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*

Join us for the Symposium at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg, MD. Symposium registration includes all sessions on April 28-29, 2026, breakfast, lunch, networking breaks, access to the Exhibit & Poster Hall, and the Exhibitor Reception. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you have access to the meeting mobile app and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). Registration for the workshop on Monday, April 27, 2026 is an additional cost not included in the Symposium registration fee. Registration for in-person attendance will close April 14, 2026.

Note: If you are interested in registering for the Bioassays Workshop, taking place April 27, 2026, there will be an option to add this to your registration cart.

Virtual Registration Fees*

Join us virtually from anywhere in the world for the Bioassays Symposium. Virtual registration includes a live-streaming broadcast of talks and panel discussions on April 28-29, 2026. You also have access to the Symposium website, meeting mobile app, and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). Registration for virtual attendance will close April 23, 2026.

Note: Virtual registration does not include access to the roundtable discussions or the pre-conference workshop. Roundtables and the pre-conference workshop are only available in-person.

Attendance and Substitution Policy
CASSS reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute presenters, speakers, and other guests without notice. Entry into the conference is at the sole discretion of CASSS and CASSS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by Monday, April 14, 2026, less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.

CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide. 

Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.
