Last day to register for live virtual attendance of both Session I and Session II. Registration closes at 5 PM Pacific (PDT).

Last day to register for live virtual attendance of only Session II. You will receive access to the recording of Session I (when made available) that took place on 12 August 2026. Registration closes at 5 PM Pacific (PDT).

FAQs

Will the speaker presentations and sessions be available post-program for On Demand viewing?

Yes, the sessions with approved sharing permissions will be available. Resources will be available 3-4 weeks post-event. All members will be notified via email and social media when content is available.

When will I receive the Zoom meeting link?

Registered participants will receive the link to join the virtual Sessions through the registration confirmation emails as well as attendee communication emails that will be sent the week prior to each Session. If you register within a week of the registration deadline, please refer to your registration confirmation email for the link to join the virtual Session. 

Will the virtual audience be able to ask questions during the panel discussion?

Yes, the virtual audience will be able to submit questions via the Zoom Q&A feature.

If I register for Session I, will I automatically be registered to attend Session II?

Yes, registration will cover both sessions.

Will translation of the presentations be available?

Yes, there will be live translation from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.
