Registration Fees (Live, In-Person)*

CMC Strategy Forum Japan will be held at the Tokyo Marriott Hotel, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Forum registration includes all sessions on 8-9 December 2025, lunch, coffee breaks, and a Welcome Reception. Along with all aspects of the in-person experience, you have access to the meeting mobile app and Oxford online schedule which features the final program, abstracts, and presenter’s slides (when made available). This Forum features simultaneous translation in English and Japanese. Registration will close 24 November 2025.

Consumption Tax 
Local Consumption Tax must be charged in accordance with Japanese law based on where the Forum is taking place. Consumption Tax is currently 10%. The attendee participants can reclaim the Consumption Tax if they qualify. Additional information will be provided with your Consumption Tax invoice.

Attendance and Substitution Policy
CASSS reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute presenters, speakers, and other guests without notice. Entry into the conference is at the sole discretion of CASSS and CASSS reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received in the CASSS office by 24 November 2025, less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the registration fee (in US dollars). No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.

CASSS is a non-profit professional membership society that provides networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities for professionals involved in the development and regulation of biopharmaceutical products worldwide. 

Contributions or gifts to CASSS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor. The CASSS Federal Tax ID number is 77-0048350.

Hotel Accommodations

Conference attendees are encouraged to book their rooms early directly through the Marriott.com website. There is no room block reserved for attendees of this meeting. We recommend reserving your accommodations by 17 November 2025.
