Frantisek Svec Fellowship
Emerging Leader Awards, Grants, and Fellowshipsfor Graduate Students, Post-doctoral Researchers, and Early Career Industrial Scientists
This competitive award aims to provide early career professionals, PhD students, or post-docs with the opportunity to aid in the planning of a Symposia, while receiving hands-on guidance through the planning process by industry, regulatory, and academic leaders that will oversee the successful implementation of their proposed session content. This recognition is an opportunity for awardees to be part of the conversation when crafting scientific content, while cultivating opportunities for knowledge sharing.
CASSS recognizes the challenges faced by graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and early career professionals in launching and navigating career and building a professional network. Through our Next Generation Investigator (NGI) Grants, we encourage and support participation in our conferences and forums with a limited number of travel grants and waived registrations.
The CASSS Frantisek Svec Fellowships for Innovative Studies create future leaders in biopharmaceutical development. By providing resources to graduate students and post-doctoral researchers for the exploration of ‘out of the box’ cross-disciplinary training and innovative learning opportunities in the broad fields of biopharmaceutical science and technology, the fellowship honors and embraces the legacy of Frantisek Svec.
