This time, we turn our Member Spotlight on Bharat Dixit, a CASSS Associate Director and member of the WCBP and Northeast Regional Forum Organizing Committees. He is currently the VP of Bioprocess Development and Analytics at Finch Therapeutics Group in Massachusetts.  

  Q. How long have you been with your current organization an/or position? 

A. About one and a half years

Q. What was your motivation to volunteer with CASSS?
A. It's a great and unique organization for learning and networking

Q. Where did you grow up?
A. Lucknow, India

Q. What do you do to relax? Do you have any hobbies?
A.Internet surfing and listening to jazz music are my ways of relaxing. As a hobby, I do photography. Feel free to explore my WEBSITE and provide feedback. 

Q. What's your favorite type of food? 
A. Indian fusion food 

Q. Do you speak any languages besides English?
A. Hindi

Q. Do you have any children? Pets?

A. One son, no pets

Q. What's you favorite type of music? 
A. Jazz like Miles Davis

Q. What was the last movie you saw in the theater or book you read and loved? 
A. Star Wars - The Last Jedi

Q. What famous person do you admire and why?
A. Steve Jobs (more recent) and Albert Einstein

Q. What would people be surprised to know about you?
A. I drink 6-8 cups of coffee Monday through Friday and no coffee during weekends.
