Did you know that every 3 minutes, someone in the U.S. is diagnosed with a blood cancer? Although they are the 3rd leading cause of cancer deaths in the U.S. and more than 1.3 million Americans are living with or in remission from a blood cancer, many don't know the impact of the blood cancers - leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma. September is observed as Blood Cancer Awareness Month to raise awareness and funds for research. Here's what you can do:

  • Regular check-ups
    • Keep tabs on your health and your name off the patient list.
  • Donate
    • You can make a direct donation to the American Association of Cancer Research or to your local hospitals.
  • Research
    • Expand your knowledge with the causes, symptoms, and treatments. Search our Papers and Presentations for resources related to blood cancer.
