Application for Vendor Seminar

Technical Seminars

We will provide an opportunity for a limited number of technical seminars by sponsoring or exhibiting vendors These will be 60 minutes in length and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. After the seminar is confirmed, please email the seminar title, speaker(s) and abstract by December 21, 2007 to kbertani@casss.org. Companies participating in Industrial Seminars will have their abstract appear on the Symposium Web site as well as the final program. We ask a sponsorship contribution of $2,000 from companies presenting a technical seminar You may have the equipment and/or instruments of your choice available in the room; however, the direction of the seminar is to be educational and not a commercial presentation of your products or services. The Symposium will provide a meeting room in the Mayflower Hotel equipped with a microphone, LCD projector and screen. Additional equipment can be ordered through the Symposium Manager's office; standard audio-visual rental charges will apply. Only exhibiting or sponsoring companies can apply for a Technical Seminar.
