REGISTRATION DESCRIPTION AND FEES:
You may register
for the CMC Strategy Forum at the early discounted
registration rate if your completed registration form,
with payment, is received on or before 18 March 2008.
Higher fees will apply to registrations received after 18 March and on-site. Registration fees are in US$ and must
be paid in US$.
Registration includes final program and abstracts book, coffee breaks and lunches and a Dinner Cruise on the River Seine on Tuesday, 8 April 2008. Full Amercian Buffet Breakfast is included in the hotel room rates and will be served each morning in the Le Patio Room at the Marriott Paris Rive Gauche Hotel for all hotel guests registered for the conference.

VAT Charges:
CASSS the organizer of CMC Strategy Forum Europe in Paris, France on 8-9 April, 2008, has been required to register for VAT in France and add VAT (19.6%) to the net registration amounts to non French VAT registered businesses. The registrants (businesses only) are able to reclaim VAT charged to them under the 8th and 13th EC VAT directives procedure. This policy applies to all countries worldwide with the exception of French-VAT registered companies/participants who can provide a French VAT number. An official tax invoice, quoting CASSS' VAT registration number will be issued following the receipt of full payment.

For further information about refund claims, you can contact our French Tax Representative specialised in handling VAT refund claims. They can assist you with the entire procedure for a minum fee of 55 Euro depending on the VAT amount: (a refund form will be available on this web site soon).

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available if cancellation notice is received by CaSSS via email, fax or phone by Tuesday 25 March 2008, less a $95 US administrative fee. No refunds will be available after this date. Substitutions are accepted.
