A room block is reserved for Symposium delegates at the special group rate of $245 for a single or double room (plus 12.45% occupancy tax which is subject to change). The room reservation deadline has been extended to June 7, 2010. The Sheraton Boston Hotel does require a deposit of one night’s rate plus tax via credit card to guarantee your reservation. Reservations made for the hotel need to be cancelled at least 72 hours before your arrival for a full refund.
